I don't know if this is significant or not, but it does seem to be the case that these crackpot antisemitic rants now seem to come almost exclusively from the Shi'ite side of the house. Does this reflect the shifting Middle East allegiances, as Sunni regimes increasingly come to deal with Israel – eg the Abraham Accords – while Iran and its proxies head the other way?
